And the Wolf huffed and he puffed and he blew the huts down
Around the turn of the century (2000) the Bishopton Primary School huts had been a feature of village education for nearly 40 years, even though they were just a temporary solution when they were built! Mothers who were pupils in these huts dropped off their children to these very huts. Now we had a bit of a breeze one night..... the scary type, even for Scots!
The Big Blow
The huts were a victim of 'that Gale' This is the result. When I had a walk through the ruins I saw home work and paintings lovingly created - for me a sad site, there is nothing better than the art work created by kids. However, we got the "new huts" - these can bee seen further down the page!
